Constructed of  latex and foil balloons with accessories including glass crystals, centered on a mirrored base, the above design was the winning design in the Table arrangement competition category of the World Balloon Convention in Dallas 2010. The design lends itself to being adapted as table decorations for guests tables and it’s intricate finish will amaze. It can also be used to create extra effects as a buffet table arrangement. For wedding reception venues with high ceilings, complementing balloons could be attached to create extra impact.
