First, always remember that you are dealing with balloons so, please handle them with care!

If your balloons are coming in a box, when opening the box, please avoid using any sharp objects, ie. a knife, blade, or scissors.  Please note that extreme heat or cold can affect the life of your balloons, especially when they are helium filled.  Cold air will cause your balloons to shrink, while hot conditions can expand them, potentially causing them to burst. Balloons do best when they are left in a room with a comfortable ambient temperature and should be handled with due care and attention as they are fragile.

Most of the balloon decor we provide is prepared specifically for you and is thus non-refundable.

Where we are providing venue decor, we do require a non-refundable 50% deposit when you place your order with the full payment due 2 weeks prior to your event. Any amendments to themes, colours etc. would have to be made within 2 weeks of your booking.

For orders made online, please note that we start to pick and pack orders pretty quickly after receiving payment. However, please call us and if we haven’t already sent your order out, we will allow amendments.  Once your package has been sent, any additional items you require will have to be sent separately and any unwanted items will have to be returned at your own cost.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have put in an incorrect delivery address.  Once your package has been despatched, it is beyond our control to make changes so please check that your address is correct before checking out!

Our inflated and personalised balloons require a 2 working day lead-in time before despatch, please allow for this when you are placing your order. Once despatched, in most cases, you will receive your order within the next working day.

Please note that courier deliveries can arrive any time between 7 am and 7 pm.  If you require your delivery at a more specific time please contact us to discuss.

If you require your balloons urgently, please contact us before placing your order. Urgent orders for delivery will incur an increased delivery charge to cover the cost of priority despatch and next-day delivery.  If you live locally to our base in Brentwood Essex, you may be able to pick it up from our store on the same day, (subject to availability) or we may be able to deliver it to you for a fee.

If the goods you receive are faulty, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss.  We may request that you return the entire order for us to check and we will either replace or refund if we find that the items were not in full working order. Please remember that balloons are by their very nature fragile and as such should be handled with care. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
