How far in advance should I book? For larger installations, venue events and peak dates, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible. Three to six months ahead is ideal for weddings and corporate events. For smaller celebrations and more flexible dates, shorter lead times are often possible. Send us your date and we will let you know what we can do.

Do you have a minimum spend? We do have a minimum order value for full on-site installation services. This reflects the planning, materials and installation time involved in delivering a professional result. For smaller events or clients with tighter budgets, we can occasionally prepare selected balloon arrangements for studio collection from our Brentwood base. Get in touch with your event details and budget and we will be straightforward about what is achievable.

Do you offer collection instead of installation? For smaller balloon arrangements, studio collection from our Brentwood base can be arranged by appointment. Our primary service is professional on-site installation and this is what we recommend for venue events, weddings and corporate occasions where structure, scale and a polished finish matter. If you are unsure which option suits your event, do get in touch and we will advise you accordingly.

Do you provide balloon training? Balloon decorating training is a core part of what we do. Tope Abulude delivers structured courses for beginners, intermediate and advanced decorators from our Brentwood studio, as well as live one-to-one online sessions. Courses run from £350 per person. Which areas do you cover? We are based in Brentwood, Essex and provide professional balloon installations across London and Essex, including Central London, Canary Wharf, Mayfair, Chelsea, the City and surrounding areas. We also serve clients across Kent, Hertfordshire and beyond, with larger installations delivered nationally. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, get in touch and we will let you know.

How quickly will you respond to an enquiry? We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. Our studio is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm. If your event is time-sensitive or you need to speak to someone directly, you are welcome to call us on 01277 201 593 or 07956 562 543 during studio hours.

What information should I include in my enquiry? The more detail you can share, the more useful our response will be. If you know your event date, venue name or address, the type of celebration and a rough budget, include those in your message. If you are at an earlier stage and just exploring options, that is completely fine, just send us what you have and we will be happy to guide you from there.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before getting in touch? Not at all. Many clients come to us with nothing more than a date, a venue and a rough idea of what they like. Part of our service is helping you work out what will look best in your specific space and what is achievable within your budget. You are welcome to share inspiration images, a mood board or simply describe the atmosphere you want to create and we will take it from there.
