We are always thrilled when a bride and groom to be choose us at Balloon Inspirations to help set the scene for their wedding reception party decorations.
When working in this beautiful reception room at a venue in Orsett Essex, rather than focus on the constraints presented by the load bearing columns in the room and the relatively low ceilings, we decided to capitalise on the columns by creating classic balloon columns in ivory which were softened by the addition of leaves and flowers – (Roses and Gerbera daises).
Table decorations consists of double stuffed balloons in Ivory and clear balloons while jumbo 3 foot balloons with integral lighting cast a warm glow over the new bride and groom at the newly weds top table.

Prom balloon decorations – spectacular entrance arch
At Balloon Inspirations, we often have the pleasure of creating stunning party decorations for High School proms, particularly in the areas surrounding London and Essex County.
Creating Themed party decorations is a speciality at Balloon Inspirations Grays Essex in the UK and working on Prom party decorations gives us the impetus to produce décor that would fire the imaginations of the celebrants, mentally transporting them to the scenes their preferred themes specify.
Hollywood themed prom decorations are particularly popular and we got the chance to give a school in Essex the “Balloon Inspirations” treatment:-
First, the graduands were ushered into the prom party venue through a spectacular entrance tunnel created entirely of black and gold Balloons.

We were able to take advantage of the high ceilings of the prom venue to create spectacular ceiling decorations thus easily tying up the individual decoration elements into a cohesive whole. Graduands and tutors in attendance alike were ushered in true Hollywood style “Red Carpet”through the entrance tunnel/canopy into the main party hall – a true eye fest of Silver, gold and black prom balloon decorations.

All in all, the decorations were a resounding success, helping to transform a regular venue to a truly spectacular scene, sure to be imprinted in the minds of those who attended the High School Prom for many years to come.

Entrance arch – Starlite Prom decorations
Celebrations surrounding leaving high school is becoming more popular in the United Kingdom as more schools choose to celebrate this achievement. These planned celebrations often serve as incentive for students as they go through gruelling weeks of final exams, looking forward to really having a ball at the school prom!
This high school in Essex employed our services at Balloon Inspirations, tasking us with the brief to create décor for their “Starry night ” themed prom party.
Starry Night Prom – entrance arch
The relatively low ceiling of the chosen venue presented a design challenge as Balloon decorations are traditionally suited to filling up large spaces with maximum impact. The clever use of colours – midnight blue, black and silver in the right proportions as well as the choice of individual décor such as the entrance arch, the twinkling silver star accents and the stage backdrop combine to produce exquisite décor within the space.

The suspended ceiling over the stage area/dance floor created a great opportunity for ceiling definition. The ceiling décor then helped to bind all the individual elements of the prom decorations into one cohesive whole – right from the entrance arch through to the themed table centrepieces and the stage décor.

Valentine balloons present a vast array of options for celebrating Valentine’s Day with your loved ones as they come in various shapes and sizes with traditional slogans such as “I love you” and “Be my Valentine” and other modern twists.
I wondered if it’s possibek and what kind of cost it might be to decorate a marquee ceiling with balloons that have fake ivy falling off?
