vegas themed party decorations – entrance archway
The Class of 2014 graduating from a High School in Essex were treated to Las Vegas themed Prom decorations designed and implemented by Balloon Inspirations – One of the UK’s premium event decorating companies.
True to form, once the theme and budget were agreed, we set out to design a large balloon wall spanning the entire width of the venue. This wall served the dual purpose of ushering the guests in to the party area as well as creating a distinct separation between the seating/dance floor area and the bar area. Taking design motifs from the icons of a typical “Vegas” Casino, “Diamonds”, “Spades” and “Hearts” topped the Balloon clusters which served as Table decorations.

Continuing the Vegas theme were the bases of the table decor formed to look like oversize playing dice. Large foil balloon dice and playing cards were placed at the base of the archway leading to the seating area.

Girls birthday party themes – Teddy bears picnic theme – dance floor canopy
At BalloonInspirations.com we really have great fun bringing our creative ideas to “bear” particularly when our Clients give us the free reign to amaze… We are priviledged to create lasting relationships with our Clients as they trust us to transform their celebrations into the realms of the truly spectacular!
A child’s first birthday party is a pretty big deal and definitely worth celebrating and this was the case with the party celebrations for a little girl who just loves her teddy bears.
She had a “Teddy Bear” themed birthday party at a venue in the suburbs of London UK recently.
In order to pull off this ambitious theme, a good deal of preparation ahead of the date was required, particularly to create the myriad of cute balloon “teddy bear” sculptures that came along to the party – hanging about the venue.
A large balloon wall with the celebrant’s name emblazoned in a balloon arch above was the main the focal point of the room, while a dance floor balloon canopy in the centre of the room created a secondary focal point for additional interest.
The Balloon Table decorations comprised a mixture of large foil bear shaped balloons as well as sculpted balloon bears.

Prom decorations Enchanted Forest Party
As senior schools in the UK continue to embrace the celebration of the final term at school , “Leavers’ do” is slowly but surely metamorphosing into pretty elaborate and sensational Prom party celebrations.
Once again at Balloon Inspirations, we had the pleasure and privilege of turning our Client’s design brief into a reality of colour splashes and ambience. An “Enchanted Garden” created primarily with Balloons was installed within the function rooms of a Golf club in Essex.

Visually separating the dance floor from the seating and dining area, these fabulous burst of greenery, fantasy sculptures and colours succeeded in evoking the feeling of strolling through a wild but friendly forest.

Pink, pink and more pink with a little bit of black and white accents made up the colours of a Disney Minnie Mouse themed birthday party in London UK recently.
At BalloonInspirations.com we know that getting the right balance of colour and proportions helps to form individual decoration elements into a cohesive theme and this aspect of our work is always visible to a discerning eye.
A custom made arch in black and featuring “Minnie’s ears” with her tell tale large pink bow formed a backdrop for the cake table. The cake table was additionally flanked on either side by a large ‘Minnie Mouse ‘ balloon sculpture, helping to reinforce the theme.
The individual guest tables were treated with table centrepieces comprising Minnie Mouse themed balloon bouquets; these, along with the large double arches in the centre of the room together created a very visually appealing party venue for the Girl’s birthday party.

Prom balloon decorations – spectacular entrance arch
At Balloon Inspirations, we often have the pleasure of creating stunning party decorations for High School proms, particularly in the areas surrounding London and Essex County.
Creating Themed party decorations is a speciality at Balloon Inspirations Grays Essex in the UK and working on Prom party decorations gives us the impetus to produce décor that would fire the imaginations of the celebrants, mentally transporting them to the scenes their preferred themes specify.
Hollywood themed prom decorations are particularly popular and we got the chance to give a school in Essex the “Balloon Inspirations” treatment:-
First, the graduands were ushered into the prom party venue through a spectacular entrance tunnel created entirely of black and gold Balloons.

We were able to take advantage of the high ceilings of the prom venue to create spectacular ceiling decorations thus easily tying up the individual decoration elements into a cohesive whole. Graduands and tutors in attendance alike were ushered in true Hollywood style “Red Carpet”through the entrance tunnel/canopy into the main party hall – a true eye fest of Silver, gold and black prom balloon decorations.

All in all, the decorations were a resounding success, helping to transform a regular venue to a truly spectacular scene, sure to be imprinted in the minds of those who attended the High School Prom for many years to come.

Entrance arch – Starlite Prom decorations
Celebrations surrounding leaving high school is becoming more popular in the United Kingdom as more schools choose to celebrate this achievement. These planned celebrations often serve as incentive for students as they go through gruelling weeks of final exams, looking forward to really having a ball at the school prom!
This high school in Essex employed our services at Balloon Inspirations, tasking us with the brief to create décor for their “Starry night ” themed prom party.

The relatively low ceiling of the chosen venue presented a design challenge as Balloon decorations are traditionally suited to filling up large spaces with maximum impact. The clever use of colours – midnight blue, black and silver in the right proportions as well as the choice of individual décor such as the entrance arch, the twinkling silver star accents and the stage backdrop combine to produce exquisite décor within the space.

The suspended ceiling over the stage area/dance floor created a great opportunity for ceiling definition. The ceiling décor then helped to bind all the individual elements of the prom decorations into one cohesive whole – right from the entrance arch through to the themed table centrepieces and the stage décor.

The boundaries for amazing balloon decorations for children’s birthday parties keep being pushed week after week by adventurous clients and intrepid designers and at Balloon Inspirations, we are particularly grateful to and for those of our clients who give us the freedom to create (well, it is what we love to do afterall).
Balloon Inspirations recently had the pleasure of creating Carnival themed birthday party decorations for a Client in the tropical Lagos Island in Nigeria. The party was held within a large complex featuring numerous interior and exterior spaces so that guests flowed from one room to another at will.
Guests were ushered in to the party venue through the luminous and grand tunnel of arches to several rooms, each defined by unique yet thematic colours and décor and this culminated in a specially elegantly treated upper room for the adult guests. The adults room was treated in brilliant white and gold décor, contrasting sharply with the wild and vibrant colours of the Carnival.

In this next room, we have a varied colour balloon swag hanging from the ceiling as well as fuchsia pink balloon wall framed in deep green. A larger-than-life carnival mask placed above an archway completes the décor for this room.
Adults room – elegant party decorations in gold and white
Tastefully decorated in white and gold, the adult’s room provided a welcome respite from the vibrant colours of the carnival party.

Balloon Inspirations had to create Venetian themed décor for a High School Prom in Essex. Of the several possible ways to introduce the romance of Venice to the venue of the School Prom, Balloon Inspirations chose the mystery of “Venetian Masks” to create the ambiance of a night in Venice.

A framed balloon entrance tunnel was created just behind twin “Venetian totem poles” to usher in the Class of 2011 through into their own little corner of “Venice”. The prom decorations comprised entirely of Gold, white and black décor tastefully accented by lighting and accessories. The star of the day were the intricately formed and lit table centrepieces comprising mystery masks and other balloon accessories.

The high ceilings of the prom venue were taken advantage of to create spectacular ceiling decorations. These easily helped to bind all the individual elements of the prom decorations into a cohesive whole – from the entrance tunnel/canopy, through to the mystery mask table centrepieces, the stage décor comprising more Venetian totem poles and other floor standing arrangements.

All in all, the decorations were a resounding success, helping to transform a regular venue to a truly spectacular scene, sure to be imprinted in the minds of those who attended the High School Prom for many years to come.

Red, white,black with white accents were the colours placed together to put the Mickey Mouse theme together for a child’s birthday party in London recently.
We had the pleasure of advising the Client on the usage of contrasting colours for the tables and chairs which complement the Mickey mouse theme and this helped to completely transform the room into a spectacular party venue.
A custom made arch in black and featuring “Mickey’s ears” formed a backdrop for the stage with several abstract “Mickey sculptures” and the celebrant’s name spelt out in balloons were placed in the foreground. Several abstract sculptures were hung from the ceiling to help to tie the theme together, additionally creating a more intimate scale within a very large room.
